    Participants receive personalized plan co-developed on translating your experiences including academic, professional and clinical training into industry-relevant positioning, strategy, and career readiness.

    The program includes live strategy sessions, a mock interview, and ongoing guidance throughtout the experience.

  • The Thrive in Pharma Scholars Program is intentionally designed as a small, high-engagement experience to ensure meaningful mentorship and personalized guidance.

    Individual Track:

    The individual program is delivered 1:1, allowing for personalized strategy sessions tailored to each participants career goals and pathway.

    Institutional Track:

    Institutional cohorts are delivered in small group formats, typically limited to a maximum of 15 participants per cohort, to maintain an interactive and high-impact learning environment.
